English Bites / Tripe Club
Visit a club in Perth. It's not a sporting club, or a collectors club. It's a tripe club. They're old enough to know better, but these men have come together to share an unusual passion and many of their wives don't approve. Every month, at a different venue around Fremantle, they meet to indulge in the stomach lining of ruminating beasts, otherwise known as tripe.
