Grocery Shelves

In this activity we watch a video about American shopping habits: how often they go to the supermarket, if they check nutritional values, if they prefer organic food, if they buy on impulse, etc... In the interactive simulation we have to listen to the instructions and drag the items to our cart. We can compare product labels, prices, and cost per unit information to determine what to buy. Students can listen to frequency adverbs and learn vocabulary about every day goods available in a store.
