This is the second episode of the Big City Small World Series 2 and we can download the audio file or listen to it streaming. The transcript can be opened at any stage in a floating window. Here the characters are talking about predictions and plans to save their favourite café. In the preparation exercise we match definitions. In the first task we have to show our comprehension by deciding if the sentences are true or false. Task 2 requires to distinguish between countables and uncountables. The sentences in task 3 need unscrambling.
