This 7 minute lesson explains different ways to use -ing forms: as adjectives, as nouns, as compound nouns, as a reduced relative clause, as participles, after perception verbs (e.g. "hear" or "see"), etc. Gerunds look like verbs but act like nouns. In the quiz we are asked to identify grammar categories. In the "notes section" we are explained how to do it.
