Should cell phones be allowed in the Classroom?
This Webquest is designed to introduce students to researching a controversial issue. They should debate whether cell phones are a distraction or a useful learning tool. Based on the research, they must list the pros and cons, state a claim, support the claim with three arguments, 2 counter-arguments, and 1 rebuttal. For the culminating project, they will choose to present their argument in a traditional paper, proposal, brochure, poster board, wiki page, documentary/video, or Powerpoint.
