This 3 minute report from Voice of America features the environmental struggle of Hilton Kelly against an oil processing plant in his hometown. This was releasing toxins which caused respiratory problems, such as acute asthma. Hilton Kelly started a campaign against pollution and he obtained reasonable emission reductions and an economic revitalization of the area.
